Nelson Hotel
The budget pick for a low-cost matchday trip
Sobre este hotel
Nelson Hotel is the clear budget choice here, priced below everything else on this list and built for fans whose priority is minimising accommodation cost rather than maximising comfort. That's a legitimate strategy for a one-off matchday trip, especially for groundhoppers and younger fans travelling on a tight budget who'd rather spend on the match ticket, transport and food than a hotel room they'll mostly sleep in. The guest rating holds up decently for the price bracket, suggesting a property that delivers roughly what you'd expect at this cost rather than disappointing on even the basics. Set your expectations at budget level and this does its job. Don't expect extras beyond the room itself, but do expect the price to be exactly what was advertised, a rare enough quality among budget listings that it's worth calling out directly here.

A nossa opinião
The right call for fans on a tight budget who want to spend their money on the match rather than the hotel. Set expectations around simple rooms and basic service, and confirm what's actually included, since budget properties vary more than branded ones in what's covered by the rate. It particularly suits fans stacking several matches or cities across one trip through Algeria, where every dinar saved on a single night's accommodation stretches meaningfully further across the rest of the itinerary.
- Confirm exactly what's included in the room rate before booking
- Book directly with the hotel if possible to avoid third-party surprises
- Pair this with a taxi or ride-share budget for getting to Bab Ezzouar

Porque os hóspedes adoramWe were on a tight budget for this trip and needed somewhere cheap that wasn't going to cause problems, and this did the job. The room was basic, no surprises there given the price, but it was clean enough and let us put more money towards match tickets and getting around the city. Not a hotel you'd pick for comfort, but it did exactly what we needed.
