Our take
This hotel is ideal for budget-conscious fans, families, and those travelling with pets who prefer to stay in the vibrant Richmond area rather than right by the stadium. Its excellent transport links from Richmond make getting to Twickenham straightforward, though it requires a short journey. It's less suited for those who want to walk directly to the stadium gates or prefer a more luxurious stay. The accessible and kid-friendly features are a definite plus for diverse groups.
- Take advantage of the public transport from Richmond to Twickenham to avoid stadium traffic.
- Book breakfast in advance if you want to fuel up early before a match day.
- Explore Richmond's pubs and restaurants for pre-match atmosphere, as the hotel is a short walk from the town centre.
