Rooms are consistent international-brand issue and the scores are among the best in this inventory. The rate is high for the district, and that is the honest catch, since several nearby properties deliver a clean bed for half the money. Fans staying here are paying for reliability and for public areas that work in the evening, in a part of Dalian where the streets themselves offer very little once the offices empty.
